Privacy Policy

Your lists stay under your control: saved locally, synced with iCloud when you choose, and shared with the permissions you grant. Developer support is entirely optional.
01 · On-device lists and preferences
The app stores the trip names, destinations, dates, items, quantities, packing states, notes and assignments you enter to organize your packing lists. Personal templates, preferences, unfinished input and recovery data are also kept on your device. Local use requires no app account. You enter destinations yourself; the app does not access device location.
02 · Optional iCloud sync
When you enable sync, the app uses Apple CloudKit. Personal trips and templates use your iCloud private database; invited trips are accessed through the shared database. System-provided account identifiers separate data belonging to different accounts. Lists from a previous account are not automatically uploaded to a new account. Apple handles authentication; the developer does not receive your Apple Account password. Sync depends on network and Apple service availability.
03 · Sharing and collaboration
When you share a trip, invited participants can view or edit the entire shared list according to their permissions, including notes and assignments. Participant identity and permission information is used to manage sharing. Assignments indicate responsibility and do not restrict other editors from changing an item. Personal templates are not included in trip sharing. Share only with people you trust and avoid unnecessary sensitive information in shared notes.
04 · Exports and independent copies
You choose whether to export a list and include notes or assignees. Text exports and independent copies no longer sync with the original list. Recipients may keep them; stopping sharing or deleting the original cannot recall copies they have saved.
05 · Optional developer support
Buy Me a Coffee is a repeatable, one-time consumable purchase through Apple’s App Store. It is not a subscription and unlocks no features. Apple processes payment. The app receives product, price and transaction verification information to confirm purchases, handle unfinished transactions and display thanks. It does not receive payment card details or upload transactions to a developer-operated server. Choosing not to pay, cancelling or a failed payment never limits list features. Apple may provide its platform sales and financial reports to the developer.
06 · Tracking and service providers
The current app has no advertising, third-party behavioral analytics SDK or cross-app advertising tracking. No developer-operated server receives list contents. Cloud features and purchases use Apple services, which are also governed by Apple’s privacy policy and terms. Device backups and system diagnostics depend on your Apple settings. We do not sell list contents or use them for advertising.
07 · Retention and deletion
Lists and templates remain on your device and, when sync is enabled, in iCloud until you delete them using the available controls. You can edit or delete trips and items, leave invited trips, or manage participants and stop sharing as the owner. Archiving is not deletion. Some sync metadata or recovery information may remain to propagate deletions and support recovery; deletion does not immediately erase every physical copy. Uninstalling can lose local data that has not uploaded and does not delete all iCloud data. Turning sync off does not delete cloud data.
08 · Visiting this policy page
This page is hosted at travel-list.lax-game.com on a Tencent Cloud server. The server processes network request information, such as IP address, requested path, browser information and time, to deliver the page and maintain service security. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, third-party fonts, analytics scripts or tracking pixels. HTTP access logging is not enabled for the current static site. Necessary service error or security logs may record connection information and are retained according to server log rotation rules. This website does not receive your app packing lists.
09 · Contact and privacy requests
Developer: Jianwu Zhao. Use the email below for privacy questions or help accessing, correcting or deleting your information. Email addresses, descriptions and attachments you voluntarily send are used to handle your request and necessary follow-up. They are deleted when no longer needed after resolution, except where retention is legally required. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information. The developer cannot directly access your private iCloud lists; please use the app’s data controls where possible.

This policy applies to the current version of 随行清单 (Travel List). If data practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. Where new authorization is needed, the relevant feature will explain it and request your consent.
